1st Class post is normally delivered next day.
Please note we also can not cover any lost orders that are sent with this service.
1st Class Recorded ( Delivery Guaranteed )
1st Class post is normally delivered next day. The delivery must be signed for.
1st Class Recorded delivery is discreet and safe.
If the package is lost in the mail we will replace free if you use this service!
Please be aware that we are subject to the service given by Royal Mail.
International Air Mail
We are able to ship international packages. The only option available is Air Mail. This is not a tracked service. The cost is €5. It usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on the destination. International shipping is done entirely at the customers risk. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or seizure during shipping. We do not ship to Australia, Israel or the USA.

Returns
If you would like to return your order for a refund, please return unopened it within 7 days.
The company accept no responsibility for any packages once they have entered the postal system. The exception to this is when an order is made by a tracked method such as Recorded delivery, Special delivery, International Signed For and Airsure - orders posted with the aforementioned services will be replaced and reposted free of charge in the event that they go missing. Orders siezed by customs will not be replaced however they are sent - it is the responsibility of the customer to check that they can import the products they are purchasing, and to deal with their customs agents if an improper seizure is performed.
